More on Isdaan

First of all, this is not a paid post. I just want to share our experience in the place and to let you, my readers, know what to expect.

If you plan to go north coming from Manila, the place is a good respite from the long travel. It offers a fresh and very Pinoy ambience, a wide array of Filipino food to choose from, and park-like open-air area where you can take pictures and roam around while waiting for your meal. Though there’s nothing so extraordinary with the food they serve because these can be prepared at home.

Feeding fishes is the thing for the kids

If you feel the need to release tension or anger, there is a wall called “Tacsiyapo” where anybody can throw plates, mugs, etc. I failed to take pictures though as the wall is being re-painted and is closed to visitors when we were there.

bridge

And for those who want more challenge, crossing the Sang Kilo bridge with a pail of water on one hand will earn a kilo of rice for free if you make it back and forth.
